Totalpoint Limited was formed in 1993 to act as managing agents on behalf of overseas investors wishing to purchase commercial property in the UK.

Since 1993 the portfolio we manage has grown from around £1 million to the present level of over £30 million. We collect more than £2 million in annual rents and our collection record stands at over 99.2% for the last 12 months.

Our portfolio varies widely and includes such premises as industrial units, retail shops, offices and banks. Tenancies range from single shop tenants through to multi-chain retail stores and various high street banks.
